Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in Brighton is seeking a Nursing Head of Service to provide strategic clinical leadership across services in their portfolio. The postholder will work with Divisional Nurse/AHP Directors and form a triumvirate with Medical Head of Service.
You will drive equitable patient care, contribute to national and Trust initiatives, and develop services to meet population needs at locality and regional levels, ensuring safe, evidence-based care.
