Hotel Sales & Revenue Office Leader – MICE & Groups

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a commercially minded sales leader for voco St. Johns Solihull. You will manage client relationships, drive sales and oversee budgeting and forecasting, reporting to the Head of Sales with a dotted line to the GM and regional teams.

Based at voco St. John’s Solihull, you will lead the reactive Sales Office, implement revenue strategy for TrevPAR, and maximise Group and MICE revenues while ensuring SLA-compliant responses and efficient handovers to hotel operations.
