Site SH&E Manager: Lead Safety, Compliance & Improvement

Bekaert is seeking a SH&E Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at our Newcastle sites in the UK. You will champion a no-harm culture, drive continuous improvement, ensure legal compliance, and manage SH&E data and training across the site.

With a background in SH&E and a NEBOSH General Certificate, you will collaborate with operations and HR to raise safety standards, coordinate audits, and report to management on performance and improvements.
