Public Sector Contracts Lead — Hybrid Delivery

Morris & Spottiswood in Warrington or Leeds is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead public sector projects on a hybrid basis. You will ensure safe, on‑time delivery, quality and client satisfaction across multiple live sites in the UK.

You will manage project teams and coordinate with commercial, procurement and operations, maintain strong client relationships, and drive programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project.
