Hands-On Quality Leader – Engineering & Manufacturing

FC Engineering is recruiting a Quality Manager in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The role is permanent, full-time, and hands-on, overseeing the quality function and ensuring products, processes, and systems meet required standards within a regulated engineering environment.

You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing and operational teams to maintain and continuously improve quality. Key duties include audits, QMS development, CAPA and supplier/customer quality support.
