Velocity Recruitment seeks a Senior Technical Coordinator for a leading Oxford-based residential developer. This role leads technical delivery on a flagship 52-unit RC-frame development, from early design through to completion.
You will provide senior technical support across two upcoming PCSA schemes, oversee design coordination with architects, engineers and contractors, and develop a small technical team while ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and project requirements.
