UX Designer: Build Inclusive, Impactful User Journeys

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft end-to-end user journeys and translate business goals into accessible, inclusive interfaces. You’ll collaborate with a full design team, prototype across platforms, and present designs to stakeholders for feedback and sign-off.

You will work with a central design system, advocate for user research insights, and ensure designs meet diverse user needs while balancing technical constraints.
