Head of Women’s Designer Galleries — Department Manager

Selfridges in London is seeking a Department Manager for Women’s Designer Galleries. You will own the bought and concession department and strategy, including payroll, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will collaborate with the Concession Manager to support concessions, drive visual presentation with VM/B&M, monitor stock and compliance, and develop talent through coaching and feedback.
