EXPERIENCED SUPPORT WORKER NEEDED – PRIVATE CLIENT
£333 per 24-hour shift, including sleeping hours
Phoenix Care Staff is looking for an experienced, compassionate and emotionally resilient Support Worker to support a young woman in her own home.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who understands the importance of consistency, stability and trauma-informed care. The right person will be able to build trust, provide clear and consistent boundaries, and support her to regulate her emotions and nervous system in a calm, safe and reassuring environment.
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in care or support work.
An understanding of trauma-informed care and emotional regulation.
Someone calm, patient and consistent who can build trusting relationships.
The ability to maintain clear, appropriate boundaries.
Confidence working independently on a 1:1 basis.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car, as there is no public transport available near the property.
24-hour shifts, from 10:30am to 10:30am the following day.
Sleeping hours included within the 24-hour shift.
£333 per 24-hour shift.
