Job Description:
Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications for a Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team. The post supports MS care across the borough, with advanced assessment, review, and intervention for people living with MS.
The CNS will work with MS consultants and nursing staff to develop care pathways, oversee disease-modifying therapies, and promote autonomy and quality of life for patients, including cross-boundary collaboration.
