Lead Financial Accountant – Local Government & Audit

Enfield Council is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to act as the lead financial accounting technical expert for day-to-day and specialist accounting in line with the CIPFA Code of Practice.

You will drive timely external audits of the Council’s accounts, provide high-level advice on accounting regulations, and oversee key financial controls, reconciliations and relationships with auditors and internal stakeholders.
