Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
Review technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing.
Requirements:
Estimating experience with a main contractor, fit-out contractor or modular construction business.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
