Quality & Patient Safety Lead – NHS Governance & Improvement

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Quality & Patient Safety Officer to join the Quality Team. The role focuses on driving quality improvement, patient safety, clinical audit and governance across clinical services.

The post requires experience in quality, governance or patient safety, plus strong data analysis, report writing and Excel/IT skills. A degree or postgraduate qualification is preferred, with NHS experience advantageous.
