Head of Care – Children’s Home & Therapeutic Services

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Head of Care to support the Registered Manager in leading a registered children’s home for young people with complex mental health needs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee quality of care, staffing, budgets, and the welfare of the children.

The role requires at least two years in a leadership/management position within a children’s home or similar, knowledge of mental health and therapeutic care approaches, and a proactive approach to risk monitoring,
