HR Business Partner – Flexible, Strategic People Leader

Network Rail is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for the East Coast Route, based at Doncaster Mallard House Depot with travel to other sites as needed. You will report to a Senior HRBP and work with a client area of around 450 colleagues, delivering HR strategy and day-to-day activities.

You will shape workforce planning, talent management and employee relations, coaching leaders while balancing priorities in a complex, unionised environment.
