Employment Law Advisor – Local Government

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a highly capable Employment Law Advisor to act as the first point of contact for employment law matters across the council. You will manage a fast-paced workload with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and handbooks; advising on redundancies and TUPE; providing training to departments; and maintaining high standards of client care.
