Contextual Overview

W3Global is seeking an RTA Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or an aspiring Trainee Solicitor to join a growing personal injury specialist law firm based in Bradford, England. This role focuses on handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims and litigated proceedings.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• For Qualified Solicitors: Ideally 2+ years PQE in RTA Litigation or Personal Injury, with proven experience handling litigated RTA files and strong knowledge of CPR, MOJ Portal, and litigation procedures.
• For Trainee Solicitor Candidates: LPC / SQE graduate or experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with a strong interest in RTA Litigation and Personal Injury law (Training Contract available for the right candidate).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing an independent caseload of RTA and Personal Injury claims, including credit hire matters.
• Handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigated cases and progressing claims through issued proceedings.
• Drafting and preparing witness statements.
• Conducting settlement negotiations.
• Assisting and supporting the Head of Department while participating in business development initiatives.
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with SRA and CPR requirements.
