Deputy General Manager: Hospitality Leader & Trainer

Heartwood Inns Ltd is seeking a Deputy General Manager for a 48-hour week at one of our award-winning pubs/brasseries. The role carries an On Target Earnings package of £42,000–£44,000, including TRONC, with a base of £33,500 plus £9,000–£10,000 TRONC on average.

This is a hands-on leadership role across hospitality operations and guest experience. You’ll oversee bar, host stand, and reception for rooms, developing teams, delivering training, and driving guest satisfaction.
