As F&B Operations Manager, you will act as the commercial and operational leader for all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. You will oversee the high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere of the Pub & Grill while ensuring the flawless delivery of complex, large-scale events in the banqueting suites. You will define and implement the local sales strategy, safeguard profitability, and provide strong leadership and coaching to Heads of Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent operational excellence across all points of sale.
