Bench General Manager: Lead Ops, Drive Profit People

Five Guys in the United Kingdom seeks a Bench General Manager to lead a store, coach teams, and drive profitability. You will manage day-to-day operations, partner with store leaders, and deliver exceptional customer service while modelling Five Guys values.

You will be responsible for P&L ownership, daily sales optimization and cost control, with opportunities to progress to higher-volume stores or regional roles. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
