Exclusive Experience Lead — London Off-Track Events

Formula E is seeking a Premium Experience Coordinator (Off-Track) for a fixed-term contract in London, primarily based at our Hammersmith office. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver premium guest experiences, manage client communications, and oversee financial tracking and PO processes across global events.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to execute trackside activations, galas, and launches while ensuring accurate invoicing and timely briefs.
