Family Support Practitioner – Aberdeen: Growth & Training

Action for Children in Aberdeen is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to join the Priority Families Service on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028. You will work with families with complex needs, delivering assessments, guidance, parenting support and 1:1 work with children.

You’ll collaborate with partner agencies in a multidisciplinary team, attend meetings, advocate for children, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare. The role offers training and a supportive environment.
