Evening Community Health Care Assistant – Out of Hours

East Cheshire NHS Trust in Macclesfield is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant for the Out of Hours District Nurses team. This part-time role (16 hours per week) supports home-based care and works evening shifts.

The post is Band 3 with salary £25,760–£27,476 per annum pro rata. The successful candidate will provide nursing support under supervision, carry out delegated tasks, and help promote patient wellbeing in the community.
