Weekend Support Worker – Young Adults (Mental Health)

National Care Group is recruiting for a weekend Support Worker at Merryden to join our team. You will support young adults (18+) with complex mental health needs, helping them plan daily activities, maintain independence, and improve wellbeing within a caring, inclusive environment.

The role involves practical support, personal care assistance, and facilitating activities and outings in a respectful, supportive manner. Training and development opportunities are provided.
