Relief Senior Care Assistant — Lead Shifts

Reuben Manor, Stockton-on-Tees, seeks a Senior Care Assistant (Relief) to support the Home Manager and senior team across shifts, leading by example and ensuring safe, compassionate, person‑centred care with dignity for residents.

You will supervise care and ancillary staff, contribute to care planning and medication administration when delegated, and participate in 1:1s, supervisions and appraisals while upholding health, safety and inclusion in a warm home environment.
