Mencap is seeking a caring and motivated Support Worker to help people live more independent lives in Spalding. This part-time role involves practical daily support and community activities, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts and sleep-in duties.
You will assist with meals, laundry, personal care and daily tasks, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and meaningful community engagement. Regular weekends are required.
