Children’s Short Break Support Worker – Weekends

Gwyn Dowr is a small welcoming two-bedded home regulated by OFSTED which provides short breaks for children and young people with a diagnosis of a severe or profound learning disability, complex health needs and behaviours which challenge. This permanent post is based at Gwyn Dowr within the Cornwall region, with occasional duties at other short break homes managed by Children’s Services.
