Keys Group is hiring a Deputy Care Manager for Summer Hill Avenue in Newport (NP19). The role supports the Home Manager with staff oversight, resident care, and regulatory compliance in a brand-new specialist facility for adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
You will help recruit and train staff, develop care plans, monitor quality, and maintain records while promoting person-centred care and collaborative partnerships with families, professionals, and the community.
