Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Damp & Disrepair Supervisor to help maintain and improve our 16,000+ homes across Plymouth. You will inspect properties, diagnose damp and disrepair issues, and oversee repairs to high standards.
You’ll manage contractors, prepare schedules of work, monitor health and safety, and support residents to deliver a positive customer experience. A full UK driving licence and a proactive approach to quality workmanship are essential.
