Leonardo is seeking a People Partner in Luton for a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role is part-time (22 hrs/week) with on-site work at least two days per week and a pro-rated salary of circa £30,000–£32,000 per year.
You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing and Quality teams to foster trust, ownership and high performance. Flexible hours and hybrid working options are available within the UK People Team.
