Job Description:
Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust in Watford is recruiting an ASYE Social Worker (Band 5) to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service. You will assess, plan and coordinate care for adults with mental ill-health within a multidisciplinary team.
The service operates Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Registration with Social Work England is required, and training in outcomes-focused assessments and personalisation supports your professional development.
