People & HR Operations Coordinator

Landsec is seeking a People Co-ordinator to be the main contact for employee queries and support the People Team across the lifecycle from induction to offboarding.

You will manage essential HR procedures (family leave, reasonable adjustments, flexible working) and help ensure accurate records in Workday while collaborating with Reward, Payroll, Benefits, Talent & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams.
