Wine Store Lead: Drive Sales & VIP Customer Experience

Majestic Wine Tenterden is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, sales performance and delivering a standout customer experience. The role requires driving one of our company vans and working evenings and weekends.

This permanent position offers 44 hours per week, a Grade 4 level, and a salary of £29,080.48. You will develop team members, enhance product knowledge (including WSET progression) and uphold high standards across the store.
