DeepL, the global AI translation company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in the UK. You will be the first line of support for our Sales org, resolving blockers and guiding teams in Slack, Salesforce, and billing systems.
Based in the UK, you’ll work from our London office about two days a week and be ready to extend hours at quarter-end and year-end to ensure deals close. Strong English, CRM knowledge, and a service mindset are essential.
