This is a field-based role requiring a professional, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Key responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems, AOVs, and emergency lightingComplete remedial works following inspections and servicingUndertake installation works as requiredAttend reactive call-outs, including participation in the out-of-hours call-out rotaComplete electronic job reports and paperwork dailyDeliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of workmanshipRequirementsEssentialProven experience working within the fire industryLevel 3 qualification for BS 5839 Part 1:2025Good working knowledge of BS 5839 and BS 5266Based in London or the surrounding areasProfessional, reliable, and customer-focused attitudeFull UK driving licenceDesirableElectrical qualificationsWhat’s In It For YouKPI bonus schemeCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceCompany van and fuel card22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdownOngoing training and development opportunitiesFlexible working hours (typically 8:00 am–4:00 pm)Call-out rota currently operates on a 1 week in every 3 basis, with the frequency expected to reduce as the team continues to growWhat’s next?
