Join a dynamic growing firm as a Private Client Solicitor/FCILEX (with circa NQ–3 years PQE) in our rapidly growing Private Client team based in Bracknell.This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, support team members, and engage in business development and networking activities.Day-today of the role:Managing your own varied Private Client caseload independentlyAdvising across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Estate AdministrationHandling more complex matters where appropriateDeveloping relationships with clients and professional contactsHelping grow the department’s presence in the local marketRequired Skills & Qualifications:NQ – 3 Years PQE.Some experience in Private Client essential.Confidence to take instructions and advise clients independently essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Motivated team player.Proven organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience in using case management systems essential.Benefits:·
