You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.The RoleAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the
14:00 – 22:00 PM shift . You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.Key responsibilities include:Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading vehiclesMoving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the siteSupplying production areas with materials as requiredBooking stock into designated locationsAssisting with goods-in and goods-out activitiesCompleting stock movements and inventory tasksSupporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as requiredConducting daily FLT checks and reporting defectsMaintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standardsCandidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:A valid Counterbalance FLT licencePrevious FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environmentStrong awareness of health and safety proceduresGood communication skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA reliable and flexible approach to workPay & Benefits
