Overview
In this role you join a leading national Property Litigation team to handle a broad spectrum of disputes for high-profile clients. You will work within a structured department led by partners, handling landlord and tenant disputes, possession actions, and strategic land matters, while developing your profile in a nationally recognised firm. You’ll contribute to delivering high-quality advice and build cross-functional relationships to support client needs. Responsibilities
- Handle landlord & tenant disputes (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charges)
- Manage possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
- Advise on building and development disputes
- Work on strategic land matters, options and purchaser claims
- Provide advisory support for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
- Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ Property Litigation experience
- Strong technical ability and expertise
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
- Interest in business development and building professional connections
- Desire to grow profile within a nationally recognised team
