Job Description:
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Plymouth to provide skilled care in patients’ homes. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to help clients regain independence in daily activities, under the direction of the Branch Director.
Requirements include graduation from an approved OT program and state OT licensure; one year of experience is preferred, with Medicare home health experience favored.
