As theERTMSTesting and Integration Specialist you will providesupportforGTRfor both the testing of newERTMSroutes, traction and other systems as well asintroducingthem into service. They are problem solvers,workingpragmaticallyfor the best interests ofGTRas a business as well ascollaboratingwith the wider railway industry.
Your duties will include:-
- Ableto create amotivated, healthy, respectful and constructiveworkingenvironment; ensuring effectivecommunicationat all levels.

- Ensure and embed a safety culture that addresses the acceptance of risk and introduces personalaccountabilityand ownership of safety related issues.
- Any duties as required by the Line Manager.
