Lead from the front, develop your team and deliver outstanding food quality and customer service.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Management experience in catering, hospitality or food retail
• Experience in fish and chip shops, restaurants or takeaways is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organisation and people-management skills
• A hands-on approach to daily operations, staffing and customer service
• Experienced chefs or cooks with management skills are also encouraged to apply
