About you
- Time-served or appropriately qualified with relevant joinery experience
- Proficient in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, door installation, roofing repairs, and general joinery works
- Valid CSR card and full driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working at heights and completing associated safety training
What you’ll do
- Carry out first and second fix joinery, including repairs, installations, and fault finding on void and tenanted properties
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a courteous and effective service
- Maintain high safety standards on site and complete all relevant documentation
- Support out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift
