Senior Technical Project Manager – Salesforce

Overview

In this contract role, you will lead a major Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud transformation within a large commercial technology programme. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners. You’ll tackle complex technology change, drive RAID and risk management, and ensure stakeholder alignment to deliver business impact. This position offers scope to shape a high-impact Salesforce transformation in a dynamic, delivery-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud transformation
• Own project governance, planning, and RAID management
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across the programme
• Oversight of delivery milestones and successful business and technology change

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud programmes
• Strong governance, planning and RAID management skills
• Experience managing complex technology transformation projects
