Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will translate business needs into functional specifications and process designs to enable Rotork’s transformation and Growth+ strategy. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, map current and future processes, and drive improvement across core systems and workflows. You’ll partner with process owners and project teams to align requirements with changes, while supporting training and change management. Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories and process flows to drive improvements
• Document business processes, data flows, RACI models and system requirements
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate requirements
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
• Design, lead and implement new processes and solution updates
• Partner with Global/Functional Process Owners, Product Owners and project teams for alignment
• Support development of training materials and change management activities
• Advocate the enterprise business process framework and coach benefit realisation

Key requirements

• A degree in Business Analysis, Business Management and Information Technology, Business Administration preferable or related field (degree not strictly required)
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in complex corporate or multi-entity environments
• Advanced knowledge of process mapping and problem-solving tools/methodologies
• Analytical and critical thinking with requirements elicitation, root cause and gap analysis
• Experience in ERP deployment and management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA and Azure DevOps; ability to create process models, wireframes and prototypes
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery approaches, including UAT, training and change management
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
