Overview

In this AI-focused role, you drive workforce AI opportunities and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools. You will lead strategic customer conversations, align cross-functional teams, and help customers automate processes with low-code/no-code AI solutions. You’ll work within the SME&C AI Business Solutions team to scale AI deployments and deliver tangible business value. This is a chance to shape how organizations work with AI at scale in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment with a strong partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Workforce opportunities by understanding customer needs and accelerating adoption of Copilot products
• Engage business decision makers, understand priorities, and position AI solutions with measurable value
• Collaborate with internal teams, advisors, resellers, and system integrators to plan and expand opportunities
• Lead business and technology conversations, share best practices, and position AI solutions against competitors
• Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage AI Workforce strategy across territories

Key requirements

• Experience in technology-related sales or account management
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with experience in technology-related sales or account management
