Overview
In this role you will deliver legal, regulatory and compliance support for UK&I operations and act as a strategic partner to the business. You will handle commercial and compliance matters, support back-office functions, and lead training on our programs. The role involves negotiations and contract reviews, claims support and litigation oversight, and ensuring adherence to laws and Group policies. You will work in a flexible hybrid setup with travel within the UKI zone and to other European locations as needed, joining a mission-driven, inclusive culture focused on trust and sustainable impact.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and support negotiations of commercial contracts and projects, including standard construction contracts
- Prepare and review templates
- Provide claims support and oversee litigation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
- Support back-office functions (Real Estate, Finance & HR)
- Provide training and facilitate compliance programs
- Provide general legal support for UK operations
Key requirements
- Fully qualified solicitor authorized to practice in England
- Master’s/Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years PQE in commercial law)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record in international company or major law firm in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, stakeholder-oriented, and able to analyse critical commercial and legal issues
- Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized, able to work in teams and independently
- Ability to manage large volumes of work
