In this role you will support the growth of a Cardiff-based residential conveyancing team by applying your expertise to manage a varied caseload. You will work closely with the expanding team to deliver high-quality conveyancing across sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters, leveraging local connections to drive the Cardiff market. You will handle cases from instruction to completion, ensuring technical precision and excellent client service. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Advise on sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, leaseholds and shared ownership
• Support the growth of the Cardiff team and expand market presence
• Maintain high technical standards and attention to detail
• Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth case progression

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
