Overview
In this role you will lead complex Specialty Insurance transformation programmes within a top-tier consulting context, shaping data, digital, AI and operating model change for London Market clients. You will work with senior client stakeholders to design practical, measurable outcomes across underwriting, claims, operations and finance. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and governance, and advance our capabilities in data, AI and business architecture. This is a client-facing, impact-driven opportunity to help insurers transform and grow.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation programmes for Specialty Insurance, focusing on data, digital, AI or operating model change
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define strategies and deliver measurable outcomes across underwriting, claims, operations and finance
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across business and technology, ensuring delivery quality, governance and risk management
- Apply specialist knowledge to deliver data/AI strategies, automation, target operating models, or process redesign
- Contribute to proposals, business development and growth of Specialty Insurance capabilities
- Shape and lead transformation propositions, including data, AI and technology-enabled business change
- Originate and influence large-scale transformation programmes and build executive relationships
- Drive commercial performance, client relationships and delivery outcomes in strategic accounts
- Develop and share capability-building initiatives and enhance market presence in Specialty Insurance
- Support talent development within the team and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements
- Experience in Specialty Insurance, London Market or insurance consulting
- Expertise in at least one priority area: Data, Digital & AI or Business Architecture & Transformation
- Proven record of leading complex transformation programmes and senior stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate strategic/technical challenges into practical solutions across business and technology
- Commercial awareness with experience in client relationships, proposals and business development
- Director level: established market credibility, executive relationships and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
