Finance Analyst

Overview

In this Finance Analyst role at Framatome UK, you will partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights and support performance visibility. You will own P&L reporting, perform trend and variance analysis, and contribute to forecasting and month-end processes. You’ll build and deliver bespoke Power BI reports, strengthening project finance visibility and risk alerting. This position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, helping drive safer, more efficient nuclear programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Business Lines to interpret financial data and act as a trusted advisor
• Design and deliver bespoke management reports to close gaps and improve visibility
• Own monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc P&L statements for each Business Line
• Perform trend and variance analysis, explain drivers, and provide early warning signals
• Monitor cash flows per project/Business Line and flag concerns with mitigation plans
• Present month-end results and variance analysis to stakeholders
• Support forecasting cycles by gathering project information for budgets
• Review project estimates, conduct health checks, and share findings with leadership
• Provide ad-hoc financial insights for projects and internal audits
• Develop Power BI dashboards aligned with financial objectives
• Assist month-end close and support group consolidation submissions
• Deliver outputs like project performance reports and forecast data
• Contribute to internal audit reporting and reserve data for group consolidation
