Project Manager Lead EMEAI

Overview

As Project Manager Lead EMEAI, you drive the Duxford transformation programme within Huntsman’s Global Manufacturing Excellence framework. You will partner with site leadership to deliver improvements across customer experience, supply chain readiness, and manufacturing efficiency, turning plans into measurable results. The role combines hands-on delivery with governance to ensure sustainable outcomes across regional and global stakeholders. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values structured delivery and credible leadership. This is a high-impact role shaping transformation at scale while contributing to broader manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Duxford transformation programme with milestone-driven roadmap
• Create structure across workstreams: owners, deliverables, dependencies, completion criteria
• Collaborate with site teams from operators to senior leaders to advance projects
• Influence without direct authority, set expectations, challenge delays or weak plans
• Prioritise, manage risks/resource constraints, escalate issues timely
• Establish governance and reporting to support decisions and accountability

Key requirements

• University degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, supply chain or another relevant discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial operations with a track record of delivering complex transformation or improvement programmes
• Proven strength in project or programme management, stakeholder management, prioritisation and change leadership
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate with shop floor to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma; programme management qualification or Green Belt/Black Belt advantageous
• Fluency in English; German/French/Spanish advantageous
